Personal Account Manager

Your personal account manager will be ready for you at all time for any issues that your getting from the property, you will have their direct email address and they will reply to you within the hour or your able to call them and speak directly within working hours. 

 

 

What are credits?

Our credits are indervidual services you may need throughout the year, depending on what service you go for. We've realised that high street estate agents are financially incentivised to authorise additional works and call outs on properties once the tenancies have started. Our unique offering is that we'll offer 20 credits (each credit is up to an hour of labour) to fix tenants problems that they have. 

What work in the property is eligible up to 20%

Depending on the work that is needed to be done we will discount you upto 20% of the total price of the work. minimum amont for the dicount to be applied is £900. This might include issues from the electics to a leaking roof from a list of our trusted contractors
